Review: We have been using Betz in my family for several years for both commercial and residential work. I always recommend them to others as well.They are a local small business and they do not try to upsell you on things like the other big companies. I’ve had another company (Horizon) look at my old system only to be told that it was on its last leg. I later found out that this “technician” was actually a salesmen and did his best not to leave my house until he made a sale for a new system. Not happy with their service, I reached out to Betz who gave me a quote for a new system almost half the cost of the quote from Horizon. Since then, I’ve had a new HVAC system and two heat pumps installed in my house.Recently, I noticed there was some leaking from one of the units (on a Sunday). I texted Steve on his private number and he penciled me in for the following day. Really great service and customer care. I would highly recommend!

Review: My friend referred Betz to me due to a problem with my outside ac unit. They called me back right away. An hour later steve came and fixed the issue. I was surprised how fast he got to my house. I recommend these guys for hvac repair.

Review: Steve is a true professional. He is really hardworking, honest and reliable. He and his crew do a great job for all electrical, A/C and heating issues or installs. I have dealt with Mary in the office and Steve or his Crew and am extremely satisfied with their services. I highly recommend Steve and his crew for honest, reliable, professional services.

Review: I will use this company til the day I die. Steve and his coworker showed me good work ethics. He informed me with step by step of the job being done. Steve works quick,I thought it would take a few day to finish the job. Steve came in on a Wednesday. And completed the job that same day. It’s a shame you can only give 5 stars. Because he deserves 100 stars! Thanks Steve for doing a good job! James
