Review: Neighbors hired them to replace a leaky waste water pipe that was leaking through the foundation into my finished basement. Once they did their work they left the plumber’s trench completely unpacked, unprotected from water, and full of concrete from the busted up sidewalk, all in violation of Philadelphia city regulations.We had torrential rain that flooded our street and dumped straight into the unprotected ditch and flooded our basement. When we tried to get their insurance information to cover our tens of thousands in damage, they denied responsibility saying it was done to standard and was a freak accident. To top it off, they left debris at the site and the pipe is leaking again. I imagine some of the concrete they left in the dirt fell into the ditch. 0/10 do not recommend and if your neighbor hires them make sure to document everything and call 311. For a company with American flags everywhere you’d think they’d treat a disabled Iraq war veteran a little better.
